Getting Started & Handwriting
Do I need to sign up or create an account to use the handwriting tool?
No! Turning your own text into realistic handwriting is 100% free with no account or credit card required. You can paste your notes, select from 20+ handwriting styles, customize paper and ink colors, and export high-resolution PDFs directly. Accounts are only needed for AI answers and lab file sandbox runs.
Does Assignment Studio work smoothly on mobile phones?
Yes. The studio is fully responsive and runs in any modern browser on iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. While mobile works great for quick edits, for lengthy 20+ page assignments we recommend a laptop or tablet for side-by-side editing and live preview.
What handwriting fonts and paper options are available?
We provide over 20 distinct handwriting styles ranging from formal cursive to relaxed student print. You can customize ruled college paper, blank plain paper, pen ink colors (Ballpoint Blue, Gel Black, Fountain Blue), line height, margins, and letter spacing.
Can I edit the AI-generated answers before they are rendered as handwriting?
Absolutely. When AI answers are generated, they stream directly into the live text editor as standard text. You can reword, shorten, add personal notes, or format them however you like before downloading the final document.
Credits, Packs & Payments
What do credits pay for?
Credits are only consumed by server-side AI and sandboxed code execution. One AI answer request costs 1 credit (even if you paste 15 questions in that single request). A complete practical lab file (compiling, executing, and capturing screenshots for up to 15 programs) costs 2 credits. Manual handwriting is always free.
What are the 5 free credits and how do I claim them?
Every newly registered account automatically receives 5 free credits as soon as you verify your email address. That is enough to solve five full batches of exam questions or generate two complete lab files.
What happens if an AI request or sandbox compilation fails?
We have automatic atomic refund protection. If Gemini, OpenAI, or the compiler sandbox encounters an error, the credit is returned to your account instantly.
How do payments work and what payment methods are accepted?
Payments are powered by Razorpay. We support UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit and credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are protected by 256-bit bank-grade SSL encryption.
Lab Practical Files & Code Execution
Is the lab file terminal output genuinely executed?
Yes! Unlike other tools that fake terminal text, our server actually spins up an isolated Docker sandbox container. It compiles your C, C++, Java, or Python code with real compilers (GCC, OpenJDK, Python 3) and captures genuine terminal console output. SQL queries execute on a real MySQL 8 engine with authentic table borders.
What file formats can I upload for lab files?
You can upload your practical question sheet as a PDF, Microsoft Word (.docx), or simply paste the raw question text. The engine automatically detects the language and breaks it into separate experiments.
Can I customize the cover page and college logo?
Yes. You can enter your college or university name, department, subject title, student name, roll number, and semester. You can also upload your college's crest/logo or provide a web URL to include it on the cover page.
Account, Data & Privacy
What happens to the assignment text I write?
Your handwriting generation happens entirely on your local device inside your browser canvas. Your typed assignments are not saved on our servers. For AI answers, questions are processed via encrypted API endpoints to generate answers and are never retained for training.
I didn't receive my verification email. What should I do?
First check your spam or promotions tab. If you still don't see it, you can request a new verification link from the login screen. Verification links remain active for 24 hours.
How can I delete my account or contact student support?
You can request full account and data deletion at any time by emailing us at support@makeable.cloud. We will process your request promptly.
