By using Assignment Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must give a real email address. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm the service or other users.
Credits and payments
- AI answers and lab files use credits. New accounts get free credits once their email is verified; more can be bought in packs, priced in Indian rupees and paid through Razorpay.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are added only once a payment is confirmed.
- If an AI answer fails, the credits it used are returned automatically.
- If you were charged but did not receive credits, or were charged twice, email us within 7 days with the payment ID and we will fix it or refund it. Credits already used are not refundable.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to cheat where your school or university does not allow such tools, to attack or overload the service, to get around credit or rate limits, or to submit content you have no right to use. Code you ask the lab mode to run must not try to escape its sandbox or harm other systems.
AI answers
AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them or hand them in. You are responsible for how you use what the app produces, including following your institution's rules on academic honesty.
Your content
You keep the rights to the text and files you put in. You let us process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the app running but do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Features and prices may change; prices shown at checkout are the ones that apply.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost marks, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
